Campus Crusade for Christ's staff leader for Zimbabwe recently shared:

"At this present moment 5.1 million people are on the verge of facing serious starvation in Zimbabwe. There is no food. The shops are empty. The supermarkets don't have anything. The exchange rate currently is $1 US = 100 trillion Zimbabwe dollars...

"[We] turned away six orphanages who last week came to the office for food. We didn't have anything. We had to turn [to] them and say [no] until we have something else..."

As you can see, the situation is desperate. Although our staff teams are currently helping 56 orphanages (approx 8,400 orphans) with the aid that people like you have already provided, there are still so many more who need help.

Since much of the food has already been donated, what is needed are funds for shipping and distributing the food. It takes just 10 cents to provide a meal for a needy child in Zimbabwe.

Anything you could give—perhaps $50 for 500 meals, $100 for 1,000 meals, or even more—would be such a blessing to help share Christ's compassion and message with little ones who have no other source of help.
